Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Mad Rez Studios.  I personally use all of my products and seeing you get results is what is most important to me.

Due to the nature of Mad Rez Studios products being digital goods delivered via Internet download, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We can not offer a refund, or exchange unless accidental double payments have been made on the same product twice. Refunds are not allowed due to the fact that digital goods cannot be revoked, once it is sent.
